We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality logistics solutions and potential clients who require efficient customs clearance and freight forwarding services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian logistics market. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and executing strategies to meet and exceed our aggressive sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business leads within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement and professional support.
- Promote our core services, including international freight forwarding and customs clearance, to key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and report progress to management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or customs clearance sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Deep understanding of the logistics market landscape in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
