The centrally-located Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla provides everything the discerning traveller looks for in a hotel. After a day's work in the business district, guests retreat to our luxurious suites designed for comfort and productivity. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communication Manager to join our leadership team in South Sulawesi. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to drive brand visibility and engagement at one of Accor's flagship properties.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling brand narrative that resonates with both local and international travelers. You will oversee our digital footprint, ensuring our social media channels are vibrant, our online reputation is stellar, and our SEO strategies drive organic traffic. You will act as the voice of the hotel, managing public relations and fostering strong relationships with the media and local community. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive occupancy rates at Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla.
  • Manage and curate content for all digital platforms, including social media, the hotel website, and e-newsletters to ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives, media relations, and press releases to maintain a positive public image.
  • Coordinate internal communication channels to ensure alignment across all departments and staff engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve the guest experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to develop joint business plans and promotional offers.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and track ROI on advertising spend.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and outside of standard business hours as required by the hospitality industry.
