PT Tiento Indonesia Juara is seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Communication Manager to lead our brand voice and marketing efforts in Bandung. As a leader in the sports and lifestyle industry, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and drive meaningful growth across all digital and traditional platforms.
In this role, you will be the custodian of the Tiento brand identity. You will orchestrate omni-channel campaigns, manage corporate communication, and ensure that our marketing narrative resonates with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee all corporate communications, including PR, social media content, and internal messaging.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from conceptualization to performance analysis.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create high-impact marketing assets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and creative agencies.
- Monitor and report on ROI for all marketing activities and budget allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or public relations.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to optimize marketing performance.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the sports, fitness, or lifestyle retail industry is a significant advantage.
