Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social media, PR, and traditional marketing channels.
- Create and curate high-quality, compelling content for various platforms to boost brand engagement and authority.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives using key performance metrics.
- Oversee internal and external communication projects to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to support go-to-market strategies.
- Manage media relations and explore new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in marketing communication or brand management.
- Proven track record of developing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and content management systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing small to mid-sized teams or agencies.
