Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase mall footfall.
- Coordinate with mall tenants and vendors to organize successful promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and SEO optimization.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing materials with sales objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or retail management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer psychology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
