Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and manage high-impact company events and activations from conceptualization to execution.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to expand KYZN's market presence.
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and project timelines effectively to ensure key deliverables are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, or agency environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain professional partnerships.
- Proficient in content creation tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
