Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create high-quality content for social media, company website, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visual assets and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with media partners and stakeholders to maximize campaign reach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of communication campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning and promotional activities for company launches.
  • Ensure all internal and external communication aligns with the corporate identity and tone of voice.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a Marketing Communication or PR role.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to build strong professional relationships.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A creative problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
