As our Marketing Communication Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic marketing communication plans to increase brand visibility.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality multimedia content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Write engaging copy for press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Organize and facilitate company events, webinars, or workshops to engage stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing communications or branding.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating strong branding, content creation, and multimedia skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and social media algorithm trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
