Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and monthly marketing calendars to drive mall traffic and sales.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high engagement for tenants and visitors.
- Oversee the mall's digital presence, including social media management, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with tenants to support their promotional efforts and integrate them into mall-wide activations.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and consumer behavior to optimize future promotional strategies.
- Manage relationships with media partners, vendors, and local community stakeholders to maximize public relations efforts.
- Supervise the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of all projects and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing communication, preferably within the mall, retail, or property management sector.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage creative teams and third-party vendors.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
