Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive, end-to-end marketing communication campaigns in the Medan area to drive regional brand awareness.
- Organize and manage local brand activations, exhibition booths, product launches, and customer engagement events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, developers, and local media.
- Establish localized digital marketing strategies, managing regional social media content and online community activities.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure regional promotions align with national brand guidelines.
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Activation, or PR, preferably in building materials, home decor, or premium retail sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing offline events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Strong understanding of localized digital marketing trends and social media channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive mindset with high creative energy and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences in Medan and North Sumatra.
