Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sports and lifestyle branding? Sola, a premier padel club located in the heart of South Jakarta, is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing, Community, and Event Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our community. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies, fostering member engagement, and organizing high-profile padel tournaments and social events. The ideal candidate is a social media native who thrives in dynamic environments, has an eye for aesthetic branding, and excels at building meaningful connections with our members.
You will play a pivotal role in positioning Sola as the top-of-mind destination for padel enthusiasts in Jakarta. If you are organized, articulate, and ready to take ownership of our brand presence, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to grow the Sola brand across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end events, including padel tournaments, member social nights, and brand activations.
- Manage all social media accounts, creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Build and nurture a strong community among club members through regular interactions and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote club memberships, coaching programs, and facility bookings.
- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Identify and engage with local influencers and corporate partners to drive brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, community management, or event coordination.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts with a strong sense of aesthetic and trend awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible attitude towards working hours during events.
- A passion for sports, wellness, or the padel lifestyle is highly preferred.
