We are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable behind a camera, writing a press release, or analyzing campaign performance.

As our Marketing Lead, you will own the brand narrative. You will design and execute marketing campaigns that capture the essence of the Da Me dining experience, from sourcing the finest local ingredients to the artistry of the plate. You'll oversee creative photoshoots, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our standard of excellence. Your work will attract discerning diners from around the world and solidify our position as a leader in the Bali F&B market. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive reservations for Da Me Restaurant.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content (photo, video, copy) for all channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and PR materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), engaging with the community and tracking KPIs.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborations, and events to promote special menus, seasonal offerings, and brand partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, negotiate with vendors, and ensure all activities align with the brand's voice and standards.
- Work closely with the culinary and service teams to translate the dining experience into compelling digital stories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to drive decision making.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Bali.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
