Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new funding/deposit clients for the bank.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in the funding sector.
- Achieve individual and team targets for monthly deposit growth.
- Provide comprehensive information and consulting regarding banking products (savings, deposits) to prospective clients.
- Prepare regular activity reports and performance updates for the branch management.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to increase brand awareness of BPR Suar Artha Dharma.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
- Possess own vehicle and a valid driver's license (SIM C/A).
- Ability to work professionally within the Denpasar area and surrounding regions.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
