Tanggung Jawab
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and business data in our systems
- Assist in creating marketing materials including social media content, flyers, and promotional emails
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in inventory tracking and reporting related to marketing materials
- Support customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or data management is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or data entry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
