Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Execute marketing strategies and sales campaigns to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients to explain our service offerings.
- Provide detailed market analysis and feedback to management regarding competitors and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports, activity logs, and projections to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in logistics or transportation industries.
