Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase product awareness and market share in the Pekanbaru region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional healthcare developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
- Manage promotional activities and regional marketing events effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and analysis to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or medical representation.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Pekanbaru and Riau region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
