Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to identify and capture new sales opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability aligns with sales demand.
- Oversee payment tracking and accounts administration to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate sales reports and market insights.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues with efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer relationship management (fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical mindset for monitoring market trends and inventory data.
