Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product sales.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including social media content, email newsletters, and online advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and oversee local promotional events and activations to drive store traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing ROI, budget allocation, and lead generation outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO basics).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Exceptional creative writing and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
