Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new potential customers within the target industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and marketing performance to optimize future campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet KPIs.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and field activities.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) is a plus.
