Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase product visibility across online and offline channels.
- Manage end-to-end sales funnels, from lead generation to conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities for textile products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to align inventory with market demand.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to be based in Sragen, Jawa Tengah.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
