Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a strategic calendar for client meetings to ensure consistent market presence.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional and compelling product presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and resilient when facing challenges.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; proficiency in English is a significant plus.
