Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote fire fighting, M&E, and civil construction services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including developers and facility managers.
- Prepare professional project proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our service positioning.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate communication of project capabilities.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the local Palembang market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic digital marketing tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
