Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for export and import operations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with monthly KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all import/export regulations, trade compliance, and internal company policies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and marketing campaign results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the export/import or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of trade compliance, customs regulations, and international documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Analytics).
- Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of integrity and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
