Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital content creation, social media engagement, and offline promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to improve marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, or webinars to reach target markets.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of modern marketing tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems independently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat and travel if required by business needs.
