Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage social media accounts and content distribution across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales support tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management.
  • Organize and participate in local trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
