Are you a creative thinker ready to make a splash in the F&B industry? Dewa Cafe is currently searching for a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our launch team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that build our brand identity and attract customers to our new location in Curug, Banten. We need a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Your role will involve managing our digital presence, coordinating with external agencies, and executing exciting promotional events to ensure a successful launch. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the pre-opening and launch phases of Dewa Cafe.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating engaging content.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets, including posters, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor activities in the Curug and Tangerang areas.
- Coordinate with local media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and drive brand visibility.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events and launch day activities to maximize customer turnout.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to management to optimize future strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure during the pre-opening phase.
- Valid Indonesia driving license is a plus.
