As our Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, understanding their branding needs, and delivering solutions that keep their organizations looking professional and polished. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Present and sell our range of promotional apparel and custom garment solutions to prospective corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms to finalize sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities within the industry.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the garment, textile, or promotional merchandise industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate product value propositions clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred for client visits).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
