In this role, you will act as the voice of our resort, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our global audience across digital and social platforms.

You will be responsible for defining our digital identity, managing content strategies, and driving engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality visual and written content across all digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the photography and creative teams to produce stunning resort imagery and promotional videos.
  • Manage relationships with digital influencers, travel bloggers, and media partners to drive referral traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure a high return on investment.
  • Manage the resort's email marketing and newsletter communications to keep our loyal guests informed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align promotional activities with resort events and seasonal offers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, narrative-driven content in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetic design and experience using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury resort environment.
