Are you passionate about the coffee and culinary scene? Common Grounds Surabaya is looking for a creative, data-driven, and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key player in our brand's growth, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories, executing high-impact campaigns, and connecting our unique F&B experience with the local community in Surabaya.

We are seeking a candidate who understands the pulse of the lifestyle industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to elevate our presence both online and offline. If you have a flair for visual storytelling, a knack for community engagement, and a deep interest in the F&B sector, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and brand awareness for Common Grounds.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to promote seasonal menus, events, and brand partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with local influencers and media partners to expand our reach within the Surabaya market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the specialty coffee industry.
  • Assist in organizing in-store activations and promotional events to enhance customer loyalty.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok) and digital advertising trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proactive team player with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and visit various store locations as required.
