Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share within the F&B sector.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, and local advertising channels.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to organize and promote successful product launches or seasonal events.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to improve ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and local partners.
- Create engaging content for promotional materials, both digital and offline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and social media platform algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and basic data analysis tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English.
