Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging trends in the Kendari region.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products and services to the target audience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with overall business goals and quarterly targets.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with the community.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, roadshows, and product demonstrations to drive local sales.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the local industry of Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and sales reports.
- Valid Driver’s License is required for frequent field activities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
