Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new corporate and individual clients in the Cirebon region.
- Proactively conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Present and sell comprehensive logistics and supply chain services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Representative, or similar role (preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Cirebon area.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office computer applications.
