Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share for medical device portfolios.
- Actively engage with existing and potential healthcare clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in Jabodetabek.
- Represent the company at medical exhibitions, seminars, and professional healthcare conferences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations to hospital administrators, purchasing departments, and medical staff.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly on regional marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence key decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and medical distribution channels in Jakarta.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for professional mobility.
