Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and strategic business partners.
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
  • Provide expert consultancy regarding market trends, property valuation, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to contract closing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or partnership roles, preferably in the property or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English is an advantage.
