Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of food ingredients and raw materials.
- Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Monitor daily sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
- Represent the company brand at industry trade shows and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the FMCG or Food Ingredients sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and maximize commissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is preferred for frequent field visits.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
