Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Manage client relationships through direct engagement and property presentations
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling promotional materials
- Organize on-site promotional events at Taman Dayu, Bandung, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Lingkar Timur locations
- Maintain detailed client records and sales pipeline documentation
- Report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for site visits
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement record
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
