- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing agency clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support the team in organizing promotional events and networking activities.
- Provide detailed reporting on marketing activities and lead generation progress.
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations during client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
