Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the local market and increase WiFi subscription volume.
- Actively scout for new business opportunities and identify potential residential or commercial clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract closing and account handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and service delivery for new clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or direct field operations, preferably in ISP or telecommunications.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Tangerang region.
