Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective external marketing strategies to increase company market share.
- Actively scout and acquire new potential clients to grow the company's business pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with new and existing partners.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, conversion rates, and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align external campaigns with brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an External Marketing, Sales Representative, or similar field-based role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of success.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for operational mobility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
