Tanggung Jawab
- Execute systematic follow-up strategies for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of lead status and communication history.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and process optimization.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Draft and personalize engaging marketing communications tailored to different client segments in the textile sector.
- Monitor and report on weekly follow-up metrics, conversion rates, and overall engagement success.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or inside sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-up tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is considered an advantage.
