PT Trans Logistik is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Forwarder to join our growing team in Tambun Selatan. As a key player in the logistics, PPJK (Customs Brokerage), and container transport industry, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about building client relationships and expanding our market presence in the freight forwarding sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, and ensuring our logistics solutions meet the complex demands of our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase market share in the freight forwarding and customs brokerage industry.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to client onboarding.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and logistics service packages.
- Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or PPJK companies.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and export-import documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under minimal supervision.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Willing to be based in Tambun Selatan, Jawa Barat.
