Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate potential franchise partners through targeted social media campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Proactively reach out to leads via various communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face).
- Deliver high-impact business presentations to prospective investors to explain the franchise model and benefits.
- Perform systematic follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate throughout the sales funnel.
- Conduct professional site surveys to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential franchise locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide potential partners with accurate business data and support.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, lead status, and market insights for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, franchise development, or business-to-business (B2B) marketing is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of mobility and willingness to conduct site surveys in and around Yogyakarta.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (Office Suite, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM).
