Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve and exceed monthly Dana Tunai booking targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of field marketing and sales teams in Sidoarjo and Mojokerto.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee sales activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance closing techniques and customer engagement.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and forecasts for regional management.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and potential partners to expand the business network.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the multi-finance or banking industry.
- Deep understanding of the Dana Tunai/Consumer Financing market in the East Java region.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in reporting and data interpretation.
- Possess own vehicle and valid driving license (SIM C/A).
- Willing to be stationed in or travel frequently between Sidoarjo and Mojokerto.
