Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads for plastic injection products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Present product solutions and close sales to meet targets
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a hunter mentality
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments
