Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
- Create compelling content for property listings, brochures, and digital media to attract potential buyers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and property management teams to align marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent and professional communication.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in in-house marketing or real estate marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving marketing targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.
