Are you a passionate storyteller with a love for the culinary industry? Mogul Burger is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Medan Timur. As our Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the management team to execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness for Mburger. You will be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, helping to shape how our community experiences our brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Support the team in managing daily social media interactions and community engagement.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the Medan area.
- Help execute offline promotional events and store activation campaigns.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign insights.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and promotional signage.
- Provide support for influencer outreach and local partnership initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong passion for the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration and maintain a proactive attitude.
