In this role, you will work closely with our marketing department to develop innovative campaigns, conduct market research, and refine our digital engagement strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Support the team in managing social media content calendars and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Help prepare promotional materials and presentations for brand activations and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Assist in organizing and executing offline events, roadshows, or community engagement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights for future optimizations.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with a flair for creative copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable ideas.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools.
