Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of company promotional events.
- Manage administrative documentation and reporting to ensure seamless event operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners for event logistics.
- Participate in scheduled business trips to support brand activation activities in various locations.
- Monitor and track event performance metrics to provide constructive feedback for future campaigns.
- Support the marketing team with daily office tasks and project-based administrative support.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets and event materials.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and travel for business purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
