Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and promotions at retail locations and markets
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and end consumers
- Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform marketing strategies
- Implement field marketing campaigns as per company guidelines
- Track and report sales performance metrics and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred in marketing/business)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or field marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel within Yogyakarta
- Basic knowledge of local market dynamics in Yogyakarta
