Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals to achieve organizational KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and student demographics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with educational program goals and institutional mission.
- Oversee the marketing budget and optimize spending for maximum ROI across all channels.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to track performance metrics and improve campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, fast-paced educational environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
